About MyPepDoc
MyPepDoc is an educational and informational tracking application for research peptides. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The peptides referenced in the app are research chemicals — they are NOT FDA-approved medications for human therapeutic use and are not manufactured or distributed by any single pharmaceutical company. These peptides can be obtained from various research chemical suppliers without a prescription.
Any dosage ranges referenced within the app or by the AI characters are based on published research literature and are shared for educational purposes only — they are not prescriptions. The app’s reconstitution calculator performs basic concentration math (powder weight divided by water volume) to convert user-entered values into syringe measurements — it does not determine, prescribe, or recommend what amount a user should take.

Users acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided within MyPepDoc. The AI doctor characters (Dr. Lexi and Dr. Rax) are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence — they are NOT licensed medical professionals and their communications do not constitute medical advice.
MyPepDoc is built with a simple principle: your data stays on your device. The only time any data leaves your phone is when you actively choose to use the AI doctor features — and even then, only the minimum necessary information is shared. This page explains exactly what’s collected, what isn’t, and how it’s handled.
1. Information We Collect
MyPepDoc stores the following data locally on your device using Apple’s Core Data framework: first name, gender, chosen AI doctor preference, peptide protocol entries (peptide names, vial sizes, reconstitution volumes, dosage amounts, schedules, cycling preferences), dose tracking logs, calendar data, notification preferences, and app settings. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party unless you explicitly use the AI doctor chat features.
We do not collect your email address, location, device identifiers, or health outcomes. We have no user accounts and no server-side database of your personal information.
2. Third-Party AI Service & Data Sharing
MyPepDoc includes optional AI doctor characters — Dr. Lexi and Dr. Rax — powered by Claude AI from Anthropic. When you use the “Ask Doc” or “Conversational Setup” features, certain information is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate responses.
What data is shared
When you send a message to Dr. Lexi or Dr. Rax, the following is included in the request:
- Your first name and gender (to personalize responses)
- Peptide protocol details — peptide name, dose amount, dosing schedule, vial size, reconstitution volume, injection volume, and cycling schedule
- The chat messages you send during that session
This data is sent only when you actively use the AI chat features. Viewing your peptide log, setting a schedule, or using any other part of the app does not transmit any data.
Who receives the data
Your data is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC — the company behind Claude AI — via their API. Anthropic processes this data solely to generate the AI’s response. Per Anthropic’s usage policies, data sent through their API is not used to train AI models. Anthropic provides equivalent or greater protection of user data as described in this privacy policy. - Last name, email address, or any contact information

- Health outcomes, diagnoses, or medical records
User consent
Data retention
Chat conversations are session-based — they are not saved between app sessions. We do not store your chat history on any server. Anthropic does not retain your data beyond what is needed to process the active request. Once you close the chat, the conversation is gone.

4. Your Rights
You have full control over everything MyPepDoc stores or shares.
- Revoke AI data consent: Go to Settings → Reset App to clear your consent. No further data will be sent to Anthropic until you consent again.
- Delete all on-device data: Use “Reset App” in Settings to permanently delete all entries, logs, schedules, and preferences. This cannot be undone.
- Review consent status: Always visible in Settings → Privacy & AI Data.
- Delete the app: Uninstalling removes all locally stored data. We have no server-side accounts, so there is nothing else to delete.
5. No Third-Party Analytics
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
7. Security
All data on your device is protected by iOS encryption. Data sent to Anthropic travels over encrypted HTTPS. We operate no servers storing your personal data.
8. Children’s Privacy
MyPepDoc is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page and noted within the app.
